Jukebox Terms & Conditions
Thank-you for trying out Jukebox!
Jukebox is currently pre-release, and so any users of this site should be aware that whilst we will do our best to ensure reliable service and a high-level of system integrity, we can give no guarantees on the quality and reliability of the service being offered.
By signing up as a test developer or music producer you are acknowledging that you are aware of the above, effectively using the site and its services at your own risk, and happy to collaborate with the Jukebox team to get the system tested and ready for launch.
Any information you provide as part of your profile, or any images or tracks you upload to the site, will be available to other users of the site, and so you should consider that you are placing any such information into the public domain when you submit it to the site
We will keep any other account information, such as email address or usage data, private; and this will only be available to access by Jukebox personnel.
We will only gather usage data as needed to optimise that system, and to provide the Jukebox service itself.
If you upload any audio tracks to the Jukebox system, you acknowledge that:
- You understand that Jukebox may make the track available for streaming and download to other users of the Jukebox system, and are happy for us to do so.
- You either a) have full legal rights to upload and share the audio track and any associated work contained therein, or b) have the full permission of the holder of such rights.
- You may subsequently request the removal of the track by emailing a request to email@example.com. This process shall be automated in the future.
If, at any point, you wish to remove your account from the Jukebox service, you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This process shall be automated in the future.
These Terms & Conditions are a placeholder, and will be updated soon with a more formal wording. When this occurs we will contact you with the revised terms.
